This is Sandra. Sandra is one of our proposed personas for this brief. Sandra is one of the many typical personas that we understand may need to commute on a regular basis. With Sandra, our focus was to captivate her daily needs, and the frustrations that develop from the stresses that entail these daily needs; travel and commute. There is also an emphasis on the general response to these stresses, with an implication of how her day may continue on from this point; not on good note.
